Noah Strømsted sets the early pace in Formula Three’s Practice session ahead of Taito Kato and Freddie Slater. The session was somewhat uneventful with only a few minor incidents however many drivers took trips through the gravel.

Following an injury sustained in Monaco, Brad Benavides has been unable to compete in F3. AIX chose Salim Hanna to replace him and the young Colombian driver was the first driver to emerge onto the track, setting a time of 1:34.191.

Into Turn 9, Noah Strømsted was held up by his teammate Freddie Slater before going fastest with a 1:23.387.

Tuukka Taponen, Matteo De Palo, Hiyu Yamakoshi, Jin Nakamura, Théophile Naël and Ernesto Rivera all continued to go faster at the front before several drivers went off and into the grave,.

Strømsted then set a time of 1:22.410 which was seemingly unbeatable in the Practice session.

Nicola Lacorte spun with five minutes left on the clock but was able to keep going.
