Trackhouse Domination in FP2 in Brno

Riders started setting the first representative times early in the session. That created a lot of movement at the top of the timesheet, with five different teams in the top 5.

The SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP Team seemed to be the quickest pair. Raúl Fernández and Marc Márquez kept swapping fastest lap times, but it was the Aprilia rider who stayed provisional fastest overall.

Before reaching the halfway point, the standings were established, and riders started pitting to prepare for the second half of the session. As it stood, Fernández was fastest ahead of Márquez and Fermín Aldeguer. Championship leader Marco Bezzecchi was down in 13th.

A Calmer Second Half of FP2

With less than ten minutes on the clock, riders went out again to improve their times. Bezzecchi, after a rather quieter first half of the session, improved and moved up to fourth.

Márquez retook a momentary lead with the fastest lap as Fernández looked to improve his previous time. The Aprilia Trackhouse rider seemed confident and strong, topping the timesheets once again.

Raúl Fernández saw the chequered flag for FP2 in Brno as the fastest of the session, ahead of Marc Márquez and Maverick Viñales. After a quiet session, the championship leader improved to eighth.
