Haas are one of the only Formula One teams to not have a Junior Programme or Driver Academy. Previously, they have had several young drivers associated with them, as well as fielding three different drivers in F1 Academy. Haas also support Ferrari by signing some of their Driver Academy Members, such as Oliver Bearman and Mick Schumacher.

Kaylee Countryman
Kaylee Countryman is an American racer who will be competing in her first F1 Academy season in 2026. She started karting in 2022 and made her single-seater debut in 2025, racing in the USF Junior category. In late 2025, Countryman was invited to participate in the F1 Academy Collective Test in Navarra. In 2026, Countryman will be driving in the USF2000 Championship alongside her F1 Academy commitments.
Formerly associated drivers

Santino Ferrucci
Santino Ferrucci is an American racer currently competing in IndyCar, driving car No. 14 for AJ Foyt. Whilst affiliated with Haas, Ferrucci competed in GP3 from 2016 until 2017 and Formula Two in 2017 and 2018. He also served as Haas’ Test and Reserve Driver in 2016, and the team’s Development Driver in 2017 and 2018. He joined the IndyCar grid in 2019 and has since taken three podiums and one pole position.

Arjun Maini
Arjun Maini is a racing driver from India who last competed in DTM, NLS and GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup. During his time with Haas, the 28-year-old competed in GP3 in 2017 and Formula Two in 2018 as well as being the American team’s Development Driver. Whilst competing in GP3, Maini took one win. Since leaving the programme, the Indian racer has competed in a number of different disciplines including F2, LMP2 and GT racing, he has a best championship finish of second in the 2023 GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup- Bronze Cup.

Louis Delétraz
Louis Delétraz is a Swiss driver who currently competes in both the IMSA championship and Asian Le Mans Series (ALMS). Whilst with Haas, Delétraz raced in Formula Two from 2018 until 2020 and GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup in 2020. In 2020, Delétraz served as Haas’ Test and Reserve Driver but departed the team ahead of the 2021 season. Since leaving the Driver Development Programme, the Swiss driver has won five LMP2 titles.

Pietro Fittipaldi
Pietro Fittipaldi is a Brazilian driver who was the longest-serving member of the Haas Development Programme. He was in the programme from 2019 until 2025. Currently, the 29-year-old competed in IMSA and ELMS as well as serving as Cadillac F1 Team’s Simulator Driver. Whilst signed with Haas, Fittipaldi competed in two Formula One races, replacing the injured Romain Grosjean. He also competed in a number of different race series including DTM, F3 Asian Championship, ELMS, Stock Car Brasil, IndyCar, WEC and IMSA. Fittipaldi won one race in the 2023 WEC season and scored a further five podiums across the several series that he competed in.

Chloe Chambers
Chloe Chambers is an American-Chinese racer who was supported by Haas during the 2024 season. During her time with the American team, Chambers competed in F1 Academy, Porsche Sprint Challenge North America and the IMSA Ford Mustang Challenge. During the F1 Academy season, the American took one win and she won two races in the Porsche Sprint Challenge North America championship. In 2025, Chambers raced in F1 Academy, placing third in the standings. Her 2026 plans are yet to be announced.

Courtney Crone
Courtney Crone is an American-Mexican racing driver and was a member of Haas’ Driver Development Programme in 2025. Crone raced in F1 Academy in 2025 with a best finish of seventh position in Race One at the Las Vegas round. Ahead of 2026, she left the programme and this year she will be racing in the IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge- GSX series.
