Jaguar TCS Racing has announced that Jamie Chadwick and Juju Noda will represent the team in the 2025/26 ABB FIA Formula E All-Women’s Test, taking place at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia next week, 31 October.

The test builds on the success of last year’s first test event, designed to showcase and develop female talent in the top level of motorsport.

Chadwick Returns to Familiar Territory

For British driver Jamie Chadwick, the Valencia test represents another opportunity to build on her growing experience in Formula E machinery. The three-time W Series champion is already well-acquainted with the Jaguar I-TYPE 7. Chadwick has driven the car this year during the Rookie Free Practice session in Jeddah and the Rookie Test in Berlin.

Her connection with Jaguar TCS Racing dates back to 2020, when she first represented the team at the Marrakesh Rookie Test.

“It’s fantastic to be returning to Jaguar TCS Racing for the Women’s Test in Valencia,” said Chadwick. “Having already driven the I-TYPE 7 last season, I’m excited to build on that experience and continue working with the team.”

Chadwick has carved out an impressive career across single-seaters, sports cars, and international championships. She made her debut in BRDC British Formula 3 in 2017 before going on to dominate the W Series, where she became an undefeated triple champion with 11 career victories.

“Driving in Formula E presents a unique challenge,” she added. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of it.”

In recent seasons, Chadwick has broadened her experience even further. She joined Andretti Autosport in Indy NXT, where she made history as the first woman in 14 years to win a race in the series, and also made her Le Mans debut this June, scoring multiple wins in the European Le Mans Series with IDEC Sport in the LMP2 class.

Noda Joins Jaguar Line-Up

Joining Chadwick in Valencia will be Juju Noda, one of Japan’s brightest young racing prospects.

Born in Tokyo in 2006, Noda began karting at just three years old and was testing single-seaters by the age of nine. She made her competitive debut in the 2019 Lucas Oil Winter Race Series before claiming her first race win in the F4 Danish Championship in 2020, finishing sixth overall.

“I’m really looking forward to joining Jaguar TCS Racing for the Formula E women’s test,” said Noda. “Driving the GEN3 Evo car will be a new experience for me, and I’m excited to learn from the team and push myself in this environment.”

Noda has continued her rapid rise through the ranks, competing in the W Series and Euroformula Open. This year she became the first Japanese woman to race in Super Formula, Japan’s premier single-seater championship, with TGM Grand Prix.

“It’s an honour to contribute to an initiative that supports women in motorsport and helps open doors for talented drivers,” Noda highlighted.

A Step Forward for Female Talent

Jaguar TCS Racing Team Principal Ian James said the team is proud to play its part in nurturing future talent.

“We’re delighted to welcome Jamie and Juju to the team for the women’s test,” said James. “This initiative continues to play a vital role in creating meaningful opportunities for female talent in motorsport, and both drivers bring exceptional skill, experience, and ambition to the team.”

Building Towards Season 12

The All-Women’s Test will close out Formula E’s pre-season preparations at Valencia on the 31 October. The event follows four days of testing from 27–30 October. This year’s edition will feature double the track time compared to last season’s inaugural test, giving participants an even greater opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Formula E’s GEN3 Evo cars.

For both Chadwick and Noda, the session marks a significant milestone in their respective journeys — and a chance to contribute to Jaguar TCS Racing’s preparations for Season 12, which gets underway in São Paulo on 6 December.
