Formula E is a well-shaken cocktail of strategy, chaos, and the relentless battle for first in a motorsport world evolving faster than its lap times.

With the Gen3 Evo ushering in a new performance ceiling, Season 11 was anything but safe. It became a brawl of raw pace and high-stakes precision — and among all the on-track drama, three races stood above the rest.

Berlin — The Championship Decider

Set on the iconic apron of the former Tempelhof Airport, the Berlin E-Prix brought the championship battle to a boiling point. While Nick Cassidy stole the show with a dominant win in Race 2, the spotlight ultimately shone on Oliver Rowland. The British driver sealed the 2025 Formula E World Championship with a calculated fourth-place finish.

From the first lap, the track buzzed with overtakes, energy gambits, and clever use of Attack Mode. Starting eighth on the grid after a Race 1 retirement, Rowland’s position was far from ideal. Pascal Wehrlein, on pole for Race 2, looked strong early — but as the race unfolded, his energy strategy faltered, dropping him out of contention.

In total, the race saw 16 lead changes, razor-thin margins, and tactical brilliance. Strategic gambles made Berlin a fitting climax to a rollercoaster season.

Tokyo — A Tactical Masterclass

From the opening corners, Tokyo delivered electric wheel-to-wheel action. Oliver Rowland, starting on pole for Race 2, shut the door early — but Dan Ticktum pounced, using his first Attack Mode to snatch the lead.

Rowland timed his second Attack Mode to perfection after briefly falling behind Edoardo Mortara and Nick Cassidy. In a dazzling charge, he sliced past rivals, including Taylor Barnard and Ticktum, to reclaim the lead and seal the win.

The race featured fierce duels and dramatic lead changes throughout. Ticktum earned his first career podium, while Rowland extended his championship lead in style.

Jakarta’s race was a dust-blown gauntlet where timing and precision trumped pure pace. Jake Dennis made a strong start from pole, holding off Nyck de Vries in the early laps.

As the Attack Mode phase unfolded, Dan Ticktum slipped back — then fought forward through bold late-race moves. A full-course yellow compressed the field, setting up a tense finish. In the final laps, Ticktum muscled past Edoardo Mortara for the lead and clung on by mere tenths to take his first Formula E victory.

The results shook up the championship: Rowland picked up a penalty but still extended his lead thanks to rivals’ misfortunes. For Ticktum and Cupra Kiro, it was a breakthrough moment.

A Season to Remember

In a year defined by evolving technology and razor-edge competition, these three races showcased the very best of Formula E — thin margins, elite reflexes, and total skill. Each one’s worth a rewatch before the next season lights up the grid.
