Nick Cassidy is preparing for his final Formula E race weekend with Jaguar TCS Racing as the 2025 season concludes in London. The Kiwi will part ways with the team after two years, a period he described to The Girls Who – Motorsport with mixed emotions.
“I’m hoping to finish on a positive note,” Cassidy said before the weekend. “The last weekends have been nice for us, and it will be great to finish that way.”
When asked about his personal highlights with Jaguar TCS Racing, Cassidy pointed to one race in particular: “The win in Diriyah [2024]—that was really nice.”
Cassidy also reflected on a difficult 2025 campaign. After entering the season as one of the title favourites, he suffered a string of inconsistent results and team setbacks that dropped him out of championship contention. “Definitely a rollercoaster that hasn’t met expectations,” he said. “But sometimes that’s motorsport.”
As for what lies ahead, Cassidy remained tight-lipped: “Ahhh, let’s see.”
With Jaguar TCS Racing still in the fight for third and Cassidy eager to leave on a strong note, this weekend offers a final opportunity to close the chapter in style.
