1–2 minutes

Sachsenring’s tight and technical loop continues to push riders to the limit, with the wet elements ramping up track difficulty for the Moto2 Practice.

Riders Slip At The Waterfall

The low track temps and damp ground left little grip for all, and navigating these conditions proved to be tricky for Collin Veijer, who went sliding with his bike into the gravel by Turn 11.

It was deja vu 10 minutes later, as session leader Jake Dixon was also sent into the ground in a split second, at the very same spot.

Impressive Finishes Amidst Drying Conditions

Through the yellow flags, Tony Arbolino rose to the top of the session as the track started to dry up. He was closely followed by Moto2 rookie Daniel Holgado and Deniz Oncu.

With riders getting a taste of the different track conditions this session, we can trust that the teams have gained crucial field data that will determine the strategies ahead of the race.
