Taking a bold leap and merging the speed of racing with cutting-edge protection, Autoliv, the global leader in car safety, has been named the Official Mobility Safety Partner of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. The collaboration aims to promote the use of safety equipment and highlight technological advancements for racing drivers and road drivers alike, showcasing Autoliv’s products and technology.
The collaboration is focused on three core areas: increasing the use and awareness of protective equipment, inspiring future and current talent, and electric vehicle safety. With Formula E’s platform and audience, Autoliv aims to inspire people to wear seatbelts at all times, purchase cars with advanced protective systems, and to drive safely in all driving conditions.
Gabriella Etemad, Senior Vice President Communications Autoliv, was pleased with the collaboration, adding,

The collaboration, which begins in April 2025, will feature a variety of branding activations, including the Autoliv logo on the safety and medical car, along with local activations at a few of the racing tracks.
