It has been 75 years since the first official Formula 1 championship, and with this big milestone, all teams gathered on one stage in London yesterday to unveil their 2025 liveries to the whole world.

Starting with the red carpet, where we got the chance to see some amazing outfits, the event was interwoven by musical performance, jokes, interviews, video throwbacks, cheers from fans and even some boos.

Each team chose their own intro, usually in the form of a video with striking visuals and dramatic music, followed by the grand reveal of the livery in the presence of the drivers and other guests.

The first team to take the big stage was Kick Sauber. This will be the last year the team competes under this name before Audi joins the world of Formula 1. Sticking with green, which is easily spotted on the track, the livery wasn’t the only new element on stage. New driver line up, Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto, were joined by Mattia Binotto, the new team chief and former Ferrari team principal.

Next in line was Williams racing, presenting the livery with their new title sponsor as well as the driver line-up, Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz. Sticking with the iconic blue, Williams seem ready for the upcoming season.

Visa Cash App RB did not hold back this year and came up with a big change. Not only does the team have a new driver, Isack Hadjar, next to Yuki Tsunoda, but the livery itself is different form last year. Playing with a mix of white, yellow, red and blue, the new fresh look seems to be quite popular amongst fans.

With Haas entering their 10th season in Formula 1, the American team came up with few changes, incorporating more white into their livery as a throwback to their beginnings, while introducing their new line-up. Esteban Ocon and the home rookie Ollie Bearman filled the room with excitement and cheers from the fans.

Alpine’s part kicked off with a musical performance from Brian Tyler. His name might not ring a bell, but every Formula 1 fan knows his work. Tyler is the one who composed the official Formula 1 theme song, which we hear before every race. This year, the French team stuck with their signature pink and blue theme, covering more of the carbon fibre compared to last year’s livery, while introducing a new driver, Jack Doohan, joining the French driver, Pierre Gasly.

Aston Martin embraced a James Bond theme, bringing class with Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll. The livery remains similar to last year’s, with the Aston Martin green dominating the car.

This year, Mercedes is sticking with black, silver, and the iconic Petronas blue. The livery was presented by Toto Wolff, George Russell, and young rookie Kimi Antonelli, an exciting addition to the team.

Red Bull’s livery launch stayed on theme for the brand, celebrating both Dietrich Mateschitz, the founder of Red Bull, and the whole car culture. Highlighting their new driver dynamic with Max Verstappen and Liam Lawson. Despite speculation of Red bull changing some things up, the livery remained consistent with previous years, featuring the iconic Red Bull logo displayed on top of the car.

Ferrari is entering a new era with seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton joining Charles Leclerc. In terms of livery, the Italian team came up with a darker shade of red, complemented by white stripes to highlight their title sponsor, along with exposed carbon fibre on the lower part.

Last but not least was McLaren. It seems that the British team took the saying, ‘’if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,’’ very seriously this year. Being one of the two team sticking with their driver line-up, Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, and keeping almost the same livery as last year. The team is honouring the car that helped them win the Constructors’ Championship while also highlighting their historic winning models and the Constructors’ trophy.

At the end, we had the opportunity to see all the drivers and cars lined up together on stage for the first time. Building up excitement for the Bahrain testing next week and the Australian Grand Prix, which is now less than a month away.
